Challenge

A lot of police officers do not know about the Strategic Eyes agenda.

Solution

The cube tower is an interactive product for police officers where they can express their knowledge and opinions about the Strategic Eyes agenda by answering a question or statement every week. The answer about that statement will be revealed a week later.

We came with this idea by using a few methods to generate ideas. For example, we used "Crazy 8" and an Inspiration wall.

Applied the feedback of the police officers

To make this idea improve, we held interviews with police officers to discover what their current behavior is, what held them back from reading the Strategic Eyes agenda and why they actually want to know more about it and in what form.

What are the most important insights?

The officers who work outside are not inside the office for a long period of time.
They like to compete against each other.
They like to hear opinions from each other.
They do not like to read a lot, so keep the text short.
Use words that are easy to understand.
